Collier Springs is a natural setting at a clear-flowing spring. The area offers picnicking (1 unit), vault toilet, picnic shelter, No fee area in the Ouachita National Forest.
This is a beautiful setting, and drive. However, the road is dirt, not gravel, and it is steep and winding. Not a place to take motor homes or heavy trucks.
Take Arkansas Hwy. 27 north from Norman, Arkansas for 1 mile; turn right (east) on Forest Service Road 177 for 3 miles.
