Mrs. C.E. McKinney came home Sunday p.m. after a week’s stay with her brother, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Coulter at Green Forest and a weekend with a sister, Mrs. William Barton at Mena.

Mea. Willis Kinsey and daughter, Pat, of Washington, D.C. have been here for two weeks helping to care for her mother, Mrs. Bert Goodner, who has been very ill in a Hot Springs hospital. She is better but still quite ill.

Vernon Kinsey and sons, Rick and Bob, were supper guests of his parents, the M. L. Kinseys, Sunday.

Mrs. M.L. Kinsey visited Mrs. Bert Goodner in the hospital twice last week.

Mrs. Willis Kinsey and Pat and called on her in-laws a few times during the week.

Mt. and Mrs. James Ford of Russellville were supper guests of her parents, the Lester Standridges on Labor Day.

Mrs. Orville duke of Mena and Lynda Jones, son Duke and Shelia called on kinfolks Labor Day.  Mrs. Dicie Sekavec went with them to Lester Standridges where they met the Fords.  Then on to Cecil Stroope’s for a short visit.

The Rufus Sekavec family attended the Rodeo at McAlister, Oklahoma, Saturday night.

Mary Sekavec’s mother, Mrs. Scotvold of Monette, Mo., is staying with her now.  Will leave Sunday.  Mrs. Scotvold is coming today, Tuesday, to carry her home. 

Mr. and Mrs. J.D. Brakefield, Lynn and Michael visited her mother, Mrs. Dicie Sekavec, Sunday, P.m.   J.D. looked her TV over and fixed the antenna.
